Bills OT Chris Hairston remains on Active PUP. Buffalobills.com asked head coach Doug Marrone for an update on the lineman’s status to see when he might be able to return to practice.
“We’re meeting with the doctors on it,” said Marrone. “It’s just a matter of when he feels good he’ll be out there. It’s a day by day and we’re looking forward to him coming back and I’m waiting for the doctors to say, ‘Hey put him on that field.’”
Hairston has been working with athletic trainers on the side at practice daily and he frequently walks laps around the practice field while his teammates work in between the lines.
All Hairston needs is medical clearance from the doctors for his undisclosed injury and he’ll be participating in practice.
