Jim Monos, Buffalo Bills Director of Player Personnel
Q: How do you feel your first year with the Bills has gone?
A: It’s been great. We felt like we had a really productive fall during the season as far as getting guys off other team’s practice squads and really diving in to other rosters with the Ty Powell’s and the Stefan Charles’. Those guys are really intriguing and now it takes the free agency process and the draft process. We’ve been busy all year.” – via The John Murphy Show (2/19)
