•Concession stands are at the point where the Erie County Health Dept. has begun to inspect them and issue use permits for a handful that are completed. The completed stands have been outfitted with all new food service equipment, new water and electrical services, roll-up shutters, ceilings and floor coatings.
•Restrooms are 75% complete with the remaining work to include installation of partitions, and fixtures. When complete, all restrooms will be accessible meeting the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
•The monumental stairway on the north side is 80% complete with remaining work to include handrails and intermediate landings. Handrails will be delivered to the site next week. The walls on the south stairs are complete – the actual stairs are being poured today.
•The ceilings of the 100 level concourse have been painted black, all of the soffits are complete and the linear lights are in place.
•The relocated concessions and new restrooms on the 300 level promenades are about 60% complete.
•The scoreboard control room on the top floor of the admin building is filling in quickly with computer equipment, mixers, monitors, etc.
•The Coors Light Sports Bar on the ground floor of the Admin building is painted, and tiled. The floor is being prepped this week for installation of the resinous coating. The attached restrooms will have fixtures, flooring and partitions in place over the next few weeks.
•The broadcast booths on the 50-yard line are quickly taking shape as interior partition walls are being constructed. Framing and motor controls for the window operators will be complete this week.
•The writing press room is complete except for installation of the solid surface counter tops. Those will be installed in the next few weeks.
•The operations building is complete and the staff has occupied the space.
•99% of the work is complete as we expect the final inspection by the Health Dept. to be this Thursday, Certificate of Occupancy awarded on Friday and Delaware North moves into the building on Saturday.
•The parking lot has been paved and site lighting will be installed today.
ADPRO Sports Training Center
•The football team has finished their OTA’s and has left the site. Construction is now full speed ahead in order to complete our work by the time they arrive back in Orchard Park after training camp ends.
•Demolition of the weight room’s old exterior walls is done. When complete, the new weight room will have a new office and conference room, new flooring, new lighting, new HVAC, graphics and a Gatorade Fuel Bar.
•The exterior walls of the expanded cafeteria are framed and the glass will be installed over the next several weeks. Installation of utilities continues and food service equipment has been scheduled for delivery in 3 weeks. The final project will also include new flooring, ceilings and furniture.
•The expansion of the locker room now has its interior walls in place. The exterior walls are up and final roofing has been installed. Utility work continues above ceilings. The ceramic wall tiles have been installed on the walls of the shower and grooming rooms.
•When complete, the existing exterior block of the ADPRO Sports Training Center will all be transformed to a grey color similar to the color of the metal panels above the entrance to the commissary building.
•New concrete sidewalks along Abbott Road are 50% complete. Paving has started today in the area of gate 1 and will continue clockwise around the stadium. The installation of light standards on the several concrete bases in the parking lots will follow behind the final paving operations.
•The installation of the perimeter fence posts is about 85% complete and the new fabric (almost transparent from a distance) is about 30% complete.
•All of the gate structures are complete with final roofing being installed this week. The concrete floor slabs are complete. The associated pylon structures are complete. Graphics will be applied shortly.
•The new concrete ramps and stairs in the southwest corner were poured this past weekend. The northwest system is being formed now and will be poured over the next 2 weeks.
•The elements for the video board above the M&T Club was finished last week and the backing will be installed this week.
•The former tri-vision board has the new video components in place and the backing was installed last week.
•The elements for the video board above the Time Warner Club will be started and completed this week.
•The roof system is complete and the installation of the exterior metal panels will be started this week.
•The attached restrooms are 80% complete with remaining work to include installation of fixtures, partitions and flooring
•The dramatic change in our exterior color scheme continues to progress as we change from predominately off-white to a combination of black and white.
•As of today, we have 58 separate contracts issued and just short of 800 men and women working on our project.
