On Sunday the Bills were behind on the scoreboard for more than 54 minutes of the game as they found it tough to reduce the deficit to less than 10. Rookie WR Sammy Watkins felt going from all the success they had against Miami to considerably less against San Diego proved difficult to handle as the game went along.
“We had so much success against Miami and everything was going our way and to come to the Chargers where nothing was going our way, we didn’t know how to react to certain situations,” Watkins said. “That’s what we have to get better at as a team, from the coaches to the players.”
