Bills TE Scott Chandler is not alone in his approach following Buffalo’s loss last Sunday to San Diego. He, like a lot of his teammates, are looking at the big picture rather than dwelling on their most recent game result.
“I think you have to take a step back and look at the sum of the season so far,” said Chandler. “We’re 2-1. We’re still in first place of our division. Obviously, we’d like to play better than we did (Sunday), on offense especially. We moved the ball all right, but we just had some bad penalties at bad times. We have to execute on those critical third downs and in the red zone.”
After six chances in the red zone in Week 2, Buffalo had just one opportunity in Week 3.
