Neither Kyle Williams nor Nigel Bradham participated in practice Wednesday with both suffering knee injuries in last week’s game. Head coach Doug Marrone is taking his typical day-by-day approach with both defensive starters.
“We’ll see how it progresses,” said Marrone of Williams’ knee injury. “He’s been around, he’s walking around here. We’re going to see how that progresses as we go. The same with Nigel. He’s progressing and we’re going to keep seeing as the week goes.”
Bradham missed the season opener due to league suspension. Williams hasn’t missed a game since the 2011 season.
Marrone also said Kyle is one of those players who is capable of not practicing all week and still be able to play effectively in the game in terms of knowing assignments and the opponent.
