In the opinion of most draft gurus this year’s class of quarterbacks is not a strong one. Bills Director of Player Personnel Jim Monos said the quality of the quarterback class is ultimately a matter of opinion.
In an appearance on Bills flagship station WGR Sportsradio 550, Monos was asked if the outside opinion on the quarterback class resonates with the Bills personnel department.
“Everybody is assuming quarterback for us obviously because we only have two on the roster in EJ (Manuel) and Jeff Tuel,” said Monos. “We are going to be doing work on every quarterback and if it’s strong or not strong that’s up to us. Hopefully we do our work and find somebody who is good, or find somebody nobody else is talking about because we aren’t picking that high.”
