McCoy’s thoughts on facing Eagles in 2015

Even though LeSean McCoy now plays in the AFC he will face his former team on the road in Philadelphia this fall with his new Buffalo teammates. The Bills will face the Eagles along with the rest of the NFC East as part of their 2015 schedule. So how does McCoy feel about returning to Philadelphia this fall?

In a one-on-one interview with, McCoy was asked when the 2015 schedule is released if he’ll have the date circled on his calendar. This was his response.

“Everybody wants me to say that I can’t wait to get to Philly to play them,” McCoy told “But sitting back and thinking about it, and don’t get me wrong I did love Philadelphia, but if the trade never went down everything wouldn’t have happened. And I’m happy with how things are happening from Rex Ryan to Greg (Roman) and them extending my contract. So I’m excited. I’m proud to say I’m a Buffalo Bill.

“To answer that question sure I’ll be looking forward to the game. But I don’t think it’ll be a game where I’m circling it on the calendar where I can’t wait. I’m going to take every game one at a time. I want to give the Bills the type of impression that I’m a great kid and I’m going to work hard. I’m going to give them everything they want.”
