Amidst reports that Miami transition player Charles Clay was going to pay a free agent visit to Cleveland, the Browns have reportedly made another move to address their tight end position.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport the Browns have re-signed TE Jordan Cameron to a two-year deal.
It’s difficult to say just how that will impact any interest the Browns still might have in Clay, but Cameron is a playmaking pass catcher at the tight end position.
Whether it hurts their leverage remains to be seen.
There are also reports that the Dolphins are working to try and re-sign Clay long term.
