It was a lineup of injured Bills working on the sidelines at the team’s final training camp practice Tuesday. Boobie Dixon, Bryce Brown and LeSean McCoy were all working with the strength and conditioning staff as they all rehab injuries. When asked what the mood is like in the running backs room with all the injured guys, Fred Jackson offered the following.
“Anxious. Guys want to get back,” said Jackson. “The worst thing is to sit and watch other guys go out and practice and not be able to help. Those guys are busting their butts trying to hurry up and get back out here and contribute to this team. As long as they do that they’ve got the coaches and the training staff to get them back out here.”
Jackson has been back for each of the last three practices coming off a hamstring injury.
