The integrity of the food we serve the fans at Ralph Wilson Stadium is something our culinary team takes very seriously. We do everything we can to prepare as much food from scratch with fresh, using local ingredients rather than opening a box from the freezer. Our street tacos, which we introduced to fans last season, is a great example of where we’re making ingredients fresh in-house. It’s an easy and really flavorful food to eat during the game too. We take three soft-shell tortillas, fill them with the fan’s choice of seasoned beef or chicken and top them off with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream and shredded Cojita cheese.
Locations of Street Tacos in the Stadium:
Fans can find these street tacos at our Mexican Concession Stands, located in sections 109, 123, 131, 312, & 333.
