The Bills suffered a trio of injuries in the first half of their final preseason game with Detroit.
RB James Wilder Jr. left the game in the first half and was being evaluated for a possible concussion.
S Colt Anderson suffered a foot injury and was questionable to return.
DL Jerel Worthy was injured right before the half when a Lions guard clipped him while in pursuit of the ball. He fell down and hit head on the leg of another player on the way down and is being evaluated for a possible concussion.
