The Buffalo Bills are once again proudly partnering with ADPRO Sports in 2016, to recognize some of the best high school football coaches Western New York has to offer through the High School Coach of the Week program.

The Buffalo Region Coach of the Week for Week 3 is Eric Valley, head coach of the Medina Mustangs. The Mustangs hosted the Alden Bulldogs on Friday,  September 16 for an important conference contest. Medina, led by senior running back Jake Cotter, defeated Alden 42-28. Cotter, who put up 133 yards rushing and one touchdown helped solidify Medina’s first win over Alden since 2007. Medina’s next game will take place at home on Friday, September 23 against Rochester’s University Prep.

The Rochester Region Coach of the Week for Week 3 is Josh Henninger, head coach of Red Jacket. Taking on Attica at home, on Saturday, September 17, Red Jacket secured a 30-27 victory to keep the team undefeated at 3-0. Leading the way for his team on the ground was running back Andy English. Compiling 123 yards rushing and two touchdowns, English put Red Jacket in a position to win the game. Red Jacket’s next matchup is scheduled for Saturday, September 24 against Lyons.

Check back on each week for the announcement of the Coach of the Week winners and tune in to the John Murphy show each Wednesday afternoon to hear the winners announced on the show. All Coach of the Week winners will receive $1,000 for their high school football program and will be recognized on-field prior to the Bills vs. Browns game on December 18. Good luck to all of the high school football coaches this season from the Buffalo Bills and ADPRO Sports!
